Horses:

Our horses are the backbone of our program.  Suitable horses will be considered for acceptance into the program as a donation.  Horses must be reasonably sound and serviceable, and are accepted on a 60 day trial period.  Transportation to the farm is the responsibility of the current owners.  Horses found not to be suitable as therapeutic riding horses will be returned to their owners.  Board will not be charged during the 60 day trial period.  Horses are rarely considered for purchase by the program.  Stallions are not eligible for use as therapeutic riding horses.

Tack:

BraveHearts welcomes all donations or usable tack.  Articles that cannot be used in the riding program can be donated for our annual used tack sale, the proceeds of which are used to support the program.  These donations are tax deductible.
